| - Before anything, I want to say that I love Jenny from Lillian Lottie. I wish I could put her in my pocket and take her home! I would NEVER, EVER, EVER take this much time to leave a comment about Jenny and Lillian Lottie if I didn't feel this strongly about this boutique! Also, before I go into my experience, I want you to know, as a future bride, that Jenny and Lillian Lottie helped me create/combine the idea of 4 different dresses all into one AMAZING gown. I didn't know that they could customize dresses here!

I can't even BEGIN to tell you how Lillian Lottie is the BEST bridal boutique EVER!!! I went to 13 different bridal boutiques (Yes, 13!!) before Lillian Lottie, and could not find a dress. I tried every big boutique (and some small) beginning from the West Phoenix area, all the way to the Gilbert/Chandler area and back north to the North Scottsdale area (i.e. Brides by Demetrios, Destiny's Bride, Mariee, Schaffer's, Azteca, David's Bridal, just to name some). Some of these places even had a larger selection than Lillian Lottie, but I found that larger doesn't mean better. I won't lie, of course I found pretty dresses at some of the other places. However, each bridal boutique I went to before Lillian Lottie had me saying, "Well, if I don't find 'the dress,' then I guess I'll come back for this one." This was a bummer because I didn't get that, "OMG, this is the dress," feeling at any of the other boutiques. I'll admit, I had a negative assumption before I even got to Lillian Lottie because of all the unsuccessful experiences I had at the other 13 boutiques. This changed VERY quickly once I got to Lillian Lottie.
EVERYTHING from the customer service to the GORGEOUS selection of dresses was above a 5 star rating! I am a really, really hard person to please (I hate this about myself, but I admit it). Trust me and ask anybody who knows me:-) :-/! I am that person who says, "Let me speak to your manager," if I don't feel that I am treated a certain way (I told you I am a booger). However, at Lillian Lottie, I can't even begin to tell you how perfect everything went! Unlike the other bridal boutiques (and I'm not saying they are bad), I actually couldn't figure out which dress to get because I was so in love with almost every dress I tried on at Lillian Lottie. Now I was having the opposite problem, lol! I narrowed it down to like 8 dresses (that's how many were soooo gorgeous to me), and I finally picked "the one," once I tried them back on. Jenny was my consultant and she was so, so, so, so helpful and attentive from the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my dress (6 months later). Not only was Jenny extremely INCREDIBLE, but ALL of my non-personal consultants (i.e., Megan, Jessica, Emily, Elise, just to name a few) were so AMAZING too. They even walked over to see my dress each time I stopped in for an alteration and they took the time to talk to me and learn about the details of my wedding (and even the details about my life)! Each time I went, they remembered details about me and my wedding/life. I honestly felt like a friend and I know you will too!
Just two weeks ago, I overheard another teacher saying that she was going dress shopping with her mother. I asked her, "Where are you going? You have to go to Lillian Lottie! Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah." She made an appointment, but this was amongst her 5 other appointments that she had that day with other boutiques. That Monday, when we returned to work, I heard her telling another teacher that she found her dress. I asked her where she got it, and she told me Lillian Lottie. She ranted and raved to everybody in our training about the same things I am ranting and raving about. She told me that she had to cancel the rest of her appointments for the day and the weekend because she found the dress and made her deposit that day at Lillian Lottie! I know you will feel the same. I can't imagine that you wouldn't! Please go to this boutique. You won't regret it!
