  • Just this week we had to put down our wonderful miniature schnauzer, Ricky. He was part of our life for 14 short years and when we saw the quality of his life slipping we knew we had to think about him and not us. i can't even begin to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude for the euthanasia services provided by Small Animal Housecalls.To be able to have this service performed where your "friend" is comfortable and has his 2 and 4 legged family there and be hand fed his favorite food, popcorn, is beyond wonderful. No, it doesn't take the heartache away, but it makes the situation the very best it can be. We thank Dr Varney and her assistant, Chris for their professionalism, warmth and understanding.When it comes time for any of you readers to have to make this decision for one of your own pets, please consider end of life at home with the assistance of the Small Animal Housecalls staff.
