I've been with this company for several years and was satisfied and happy till recently. I have found more ants and some type of insect in my shower which was abundant and not just one. When the original tech kept coming to spray in my house these critters stayed away and I was satisfied. Recently they changed to a new tech who couldnt figure out what those bugs were in my shower and I requested to have him spray inside again. He tells me that they normally just do the outside unless there is a problem inside. He proceeded to do that but warned me that they don't do that normally. When indeed there was a problem and requested to get the original tech back and to include me in his route the owner or Mgr. Kurt says that he wasn't supposed to spray inside as much. Well I still had an ant issue and a few roaches and actually saved them in a napkin to show them. I made an appointment and rescheduled it and week in advance and when it was time for them to come they didn't show. I called and Kurt called me back saying that He is cancelled my account due to the fact that I keep rescheduling. No warning of cancellation and Not true . I may have rescheduled several times but when i do its days or a week in advance and not the same day. Life happens! I didn't think it was fair to be treated like I did something so wrong that he would cancel my account which I've been a great paying customer. I tried calling him back and Kurt was very condescending , unprofessional and tells me if I call back again he is gonna put a restraining order on me. What?!? I mean what!!!?! What a joke and he has no business being an owner or manager to talk or threaten a good paying customer. I think originally he may have been upset that the first tech kept servicing inside of my home ( which he did right to satisfy a customer that actually had bug problems) that might be been costly to him. A good company would solve that problem no matter the costs and not treat a good paying customer the way he did. Very unprofessional and handled a simple situation to the worst extreme. Let's just cancel a customer to not deal with the continuous bug problem. How Nice!! What an unprofessional jerk!! I Don't recommend a company that doesn't handle situations well and with an owner that handles situations like that...Good Luck in keeping your customers!!
