We love this pizza most of the time. It's very inconsistent. We even called a few weeks ago to say that we had received the best pizza we had had in a long time! I found out that the bartender that we know, was now the owner and he made the pizza. It was perfect. A lot of the time, there is a lot of cheese in the middle and not enough around the edges. They cut in a square pattern for pieces. So the edges get no toppings or cheese. My guy like the edges because they are crispier. I eat the middle so he can have them. But then I have too much cheese and a thin but soggy crust. If they could more evenly distribute the toppings and and bake, it would be excellent EVERY TIME! But that is not the case. Every time, the pizza is different. My advice to the new owner, is to train his employees the way he does pizza. And then every pizza will be the same.
