  • AVOID USING ONTRAC!!! There is nothing on-track at Ontrac!!! How and why Amazon uses this company is beyond me and for the first time makes me start to question Amazon. Ontrac last week actually lied about delivering an item to my home. I was out when I received the notice delivery was made and left at the front door last Saturday afternoon. When I arrive later, no package was left at the door. I ended up ordering the same piece of electronic equipment again for delivery Tuesday. I figured someone stole it. Well, Monday afternoon came around and guess what, Ontrac delivered Saturday's delivery then. This is called DECEPTION! I can handle poor service but deceptive business practices, I steer clear of these people. I ordered an item yesterday and paid an extra $20 for delivery today, and when I saw it was being handled by Ontrac, I got that unsure feeling. Was supposed to be delivered by 8pm and now they are telling me it may take as long as Wednesday. Here's the thing though, the item is in phoenix and has been here since at least 6am today. How in the world can it take until Wednesday to get delivered??? AVOID ONTRAC AT ALL COST AS IT WILL END UP COSTING YOU SOMETHING IF NOT ONE VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
