  • We stopped here for part of our Hoover Dam tour. And although we were all tired, I perked right up to go go check out Ethel M's chocolate. Through windows into the chocolate factory you will see plenty of workers, not umpa loompas, pouring out brittle, chocolates, and dipped apples! Although the tour itself is self guided and pretty short, it is informative and interesting to watch! Enter then into a huge retail shop filled with chocolates! The prices are pretty high, but you can purchase as little as you'd like starting at 1.99 per pc of candy. I tried the sea salt caramels, toffee bites, and the amazing brittle! They have plenty of liquor-infused chocolates too! They offer ice packs with your purchase at no charge which I thought was extremely awesome! A discount was also offered on purchases over $50. I'm glad I got a chance to stop here. There is also an Ethel M shop in the Las Vegas airport! If I went back I would try out the tasting room that can be booked for your very own tasting! And the botanical garden outside full of dessert cacti!
