  • I couldn't believe they are gluten free!!! The citron ginger cookie is so good. Just the right (healthy) sweetness, not like many cookies that are way too artificially sweet. I can tell they use high quality ingredients. Their date square is also good. I can taste the freshness of the dates used in the square. Very happy that I tried this bakery. Bravo!
