It is my 4th time here and I have been to quite a few other places and have worked with quite a few RMTs in the past.
Pros: the RMTs are very good. I have pretty tense romboids traps and pec minors that need work, and I need the rmt to go deep into tissue. I highly recommend Nathan, he has great pressure : it absolutely hurts in a good way but of course you can tell him to use less pressure if you want, but usually my problem is the rmt cant generate enough pressure and just scratch the surface. And somehow I almost fell asleep during the massage, it was amazing. Ive worked with much more experienced RMTs at from resorts to goodlife, he is so far the best. Michael here is also very very good.
Cons:
A. front desk staff lack training, the contract they let you sign for membership is kind of weird: they have a bi monthly membership but they dont evem have a contract version for that. I refused to sign it until they corrected the terms on mine. Read what you have to sign. The lady that day was like oh it is OK we know what it means. Ummm, no, it is not OK to give me a wrong contract and tell me it is OK. It is unprofessional to even suggest that to me. A contract is a contract, either respect it or dont let me sign.
B. Price is on the higher end unless you agree to come every month, the price is 70 an hour which is good but not a lot of ppl have 840 dollars a year rmt coverage on their insurance. A lot of places in Toronto offer cheaper rate with no obligations needed.
All in all it is good but I am only here because of the great RMTs they have. No need to over hype.
