  • Professional, honest, and simply the BEST. We've used Lynn of Cool Guys for our last 2 houses and both times he's been very efficient and gotten the job done as promised with 100% integrity. No surprise charges nor gimmicks. Fair price for quality work. That's REALLY hard to find these days. He takes the time needed to fix the problem without rushing; unlike many other companies I've dealt with. Another great thing about him is he's responsive and understands customer service. He always calls back within a reasonable time frame after voicemails. He's punctual and gets to work right away. Our a/c broke at midnight and with a full schedule he was able to fit us in a day later. I could have called any another company same day but I trust Lynn so much it was worth the wait. I knew he would diagnose the "real" problem instead of selling me a brand new unit. As expected, he came out fixed our unit and put in a new fan motor and things are running smoothly again. When it's time for my next ac service, there's no one else I would call. This is small business at its best. Lynn has a customer for life! Thank you Cool Guys!
