  • When my Sharp 65" failed, I used Yelp to find Oleg at Valleywide and he came to the house withing 2 hrs. Unfortunately for me, the part I need is very hard to find and I decided to jsut pick up my giant paperweight from him and start looking for a new t.v. Oleg had a 70 inch Vizio in his shop for sale and it looked great and he offered a 90 day warranty, so I took it off his hands........ Got it home, hooked it up, and within 2 hours there was a dark shadow across the screen. Obviously upset about his, I called Oleg and he had me bring it back to him. Long story short, I was frustrated, and I am sure he was as well, but he offered to refund my money and take it back. Oleg is a stand-up technician who stands behind his service and his products. I would not hesitate to use his services again if I am need, and highly recommend him on customer service alone.
