  • Went to the Coffee Shop in between gambling. Ordered the $3.99 breakfast which I previously ordered last week. My doctor has put me on a very low carb diet. Last week I substituted tomatoes and cottage cheese for the bread and potatoes. This week they refused to honor my request as per my doctors orders. EXTREMELY poor customer service. Mentioned this to the Manager who refused to accommodate my request as i explained it had been done before at no charge. She was quite rude to me and my guest. I will not gamble there again and will NEVER eat there again. They lost a VERY good customer who DEFINITELY would not recommend to others.
