| - I guess everyone's experience is different? I am and have been thankful for the staff that I've met who have been helping my mom rehabilitate from her triple bypass heart surgery. They have been nothing but courteous, helpful, and caring. Yes, it's their job to do so but there were quite a few tender moments that put a smile on all of our (Family members) faces. Sort of above and beyond situations. I've read some of these past reviews and noticed one talking about a doctor not being on site, only on call. Well, this is a rehabilitation facility. At least for my mom's situation, her doctor had her admitted here before the surgery to make sure all the pre-op tests were complete and everything was in-line. The day of the surgery, my mom was taken back to the the hospital where the surgery took place. After she was stable enough to be moved, she was re-admitted to this facility for the rehabilitation process. She's, thankfully, been doing well and being taken care of since. My mom's doctor visited a couple of times to make sure all the ducks were in line and ready to quack. My dad is there most of the day tending to my mom, his honey bunny. We, the kids and grand kids, etc., drop in and out during the course of the day. Visiting hours end at 1900 hours. So yeah, I give this facility 4 stars. If it had TV's with DVD capability or WiFi throughout, it would have gotten the 5. BUT!!! The staff definitely deserves a full 5 stars!!! On behalf of my mom and family, thanks!
