This is how my last year has been spent with this Best Buy store:
In May of 2014 I bought a brand new Dell laptop. Within the span of 7 hrs it crashed, wiped my thumb drive clean, and was no longer able to function. The next day I went in and exchanged the laptop for another one. I was told it "was the higher end model compared to my previous purchase. Within 14 days that computer overheated (even though it was on a fan 24/7) and the hard drive crashed. I came in on the 15th day (last day I could return it) and they said they could not return it. I drove to another location and they exchanged it out giving me a discount on a higher priced unit (though they claimed they still couldn't take it back and I ended up keeping the malfunctioning model). The next one was a touch screen 1 TB hard drive top of the line model. Within 24 hrs I could only use the touch screen and could not type or do anything (note once again this was a new computer). I exchanged it for the same model and tried it again and it seemed to be working fine till 16 days later the graphics crapped out and the battery died (though constantly on a laptop fan). I settled until a month ago it completely stopped functioning and geek squad tried to repair it. They claimed they would replace it under my protection plan but instead gave it new components expect for the hard drive. Now two weeks after getting it back its slow, and can't even operate photoshop (though those weren't issues earlier). Since taking it in geek squad has giving me lip, believed I was lying about the issue, and most likely will not be able to fix anything.
So lesson to be noted: DO NOT BUY A COMPUTER FROM THIS STORE! IT WILL MALFUNCTION FROM THE START! I shall not be returning to this store once I get my laptop back.
