  • We had gotten an estimate from Desert Springs which was very high so a friend of mine referred Pools R Us. I gave them a call and immediately knew I was dealing with a mom and pop/local business. They give you their cell phone numbers and you don't have to call 1-800 numbers or deal with people in the office. This is a huge plus for me. We worked out the numbers and they started construction ASAP. We were quoted 6 to 8 weeks (start date April, finish date June). Other than a bit of extra bedrock in our backyard than we expected everything went smooth and they finished on time even though I changed tile and pavers mid way. Greg and Chuck are the owners and I never dealt with ANYONE else, I really enjoyed working with them and we LOVE our pool. We've had a couple service needs after the fact and they have been great about handling everything in a timely matter. For us.. building a pool seemed so overwhelming, I'm so thankful my friend referred Pools R Us to me, they made the process much easier than expected.
