I called them on Thursday, September 29, 2017 and reached a Julie Harmsen. She seemed pleasant enough and told me she'd get back to me asap. I thought that meant the following Monday but I waited yet another week until I tried her at which time she indicated that the Company she had spoken with had not yet gotten back to her and that she would call them the moment we hung up and get right back to me. After waiting another week, I called and left a vmail because now she wasn't picking up my calls, in which I expressed concern about her dropping the ball.
This past Friday I called and left yet another message offering her an opportunity to call and explain what has happened and she did not.
I simply cannot recommend that type of DIS-service.
