  • Ok, this is the second time we have used Apple. The owner came out first time, and was so honest, so ethical. He saved us alot of money on a water line repair. Same job that a previous plumber recommended we fix at a hefty price. Apple was correct in their recommendation of "no fix" needed yet and Wow-wouldn't even take a fee for his trouble. Spent a good 30 min at our house. He could have easily ripped us off but he was just so honest. We were amazed that there are still honest service repair people out there. We just got into another home, and the water heater went bad today, leaking all over garage, so we called them again, easy name to remember. AGAIN, superb service, came after hrs, within an hour! Again, very honest, good pricing-we did our homework, and professional and quick! We got our pricing on the phone prior to them coming out. Here's a first, our cost ended up being lower than the phone estimate. Honestly, we have lived in the valley for 30 yrs, and we won't use anyone but Apple now. It's nice to have a plumbing company that you can trust. Yeah!
