Came here after lunch in the same plaza.. didn't want to drive over to Chatime or Coco in the plazas next door as parking was a mess around Saturday lunch time!
The décor inside is very nice.. clean and rustic. Plenty of seating and very nice for larger group get together as they have long benches and tables.
The drinks on the other hand were a huge disappointment. Royaltea was the first in the GTA to offer lightbulb drinks.. but these lightbulbs are pretty much solely for picture purposes.. You do not get to keep them.. unless you want to pay a premium. I'd much rather have a disposable cup as it is much more hygienic.
I ordered a Grapefruit Green Tea (it was available on R, L and Supercup sizes on the menu.. but the girl told me they only have it in Supercup.. not sure why but ok, fine...).. ended up costing $7.50 for this drink.. absolutely ridiculous for something that was half foam in a tall, skinny plastic cup. WTF.
My second drink was the Roasted Oolong Pearl Milk Tea -- orders this 30% sugar and it tasted exactly like regular sweetness Chatime Roasted Milk Tea.. way too sweet for my liking and nothing special.
Will probably not be returning. Drinks are overpriced and by no means great tasting.
