  • I called in and had questions on why my HP G6 pavilion was running extremely slow. After explaining the steps I took to remedy and telling them how old/used the hardware was, they were able to help me with diagnostics over the phone. After a while I was told that the computer was probably just starting to reach its point of being obsolete. (This was after performing factory rests, BIOS updates, etc... to no avail) Anyways, I found them very helpful and they were willing to be of assistance free of charge since my computer was beyond repair. I though that was very sincere and appreciated it. Dave helped me out Highly recommended Thanks guys!
