I wish Yelp had a scale that showed progressive decline. I've been in my apartment for nearly 5 years now and the service, cleanliness and customer service has slid and bumped right down the disgusting stairwell.
Of note:
-Office staff: Ineffective to useless on nearly every level. Elevator broken at 4pm on a Friday? They won't touch it till back in the office the next week, and won't communicate anything. They leave you guessing: "Is the elevator working?...should I stand here pressing the buttons?...if I get in, will it trap me???". In one case the water went out around 10am. ONE communication at noon that it would be fixed by 6pm...but that didn't happen, still wasn't fixed at midnight, and no other word was sent out. By morning it was back on...but no word from the staff either way.
-Cleanliness: The stairs and hallways are disgusting. I called and asked to have them mopped down...and the next day found a guy with a homemade broom pushing dust around.
-After hours customer service: A remote service that "logs" things into the blackness of the universe. Even with the water out for the whole building, "Ugh...I don't know, I can only log it...".
This place is in serious decline. Read, consider and keep looking...
