  • I called Western for some help with a pesky rodent problem. The scheduling was a little less than desirable. I was given wrong dates & times on a couple of calls. However, the staff was always quick to RE-organize and correct any misunderstanding & get things handled quickly. Businesses get busy what can you do??? David (technician) wasn't even our assigned expert but he jumped off his route to come investigate and assess our nightmare. He was so incredibly helpful and thorough. He followed through with every request and estimate. He answered all my calls and made sure I was being taken care of. He knows his business and offered all options to service , prevent & remedy the problem. Plus he gave us a good education on understanding the importance of having a good exterminating service in place. I look forward to finding dead rodents! Sorry animal lovers, this town has a problem. I recommend Western!
