  • Recently, I purchased a new home that came with a water softener, and a reverse osmosis, but I wasn't quite sure the last time it had been serviced. I quickly set up an appointment with customer service, for a technician to come out and service my units. I found the company to be extremely professional. Customer service was friendly, and the price quoted was just what I paid. The technicians arrived on time, they were clean cut and professional. They assisted me by doing a courtesy water softener check while they were out here to install an ice line run from my reverse osmosis to my refrigerator. The job was done beautifully, as my ice line can't be seen at all, and they had to go clear to the other side of my kitchen. While the technicians, were there I asked if they could install a garbage disposal for me. They did happily, and it didn't take them long at all for a small additional fee. I will be using Ameriflow Water in the future for all my water needs. I did learn that they do plumbing, dryer vent cleanings, reverse osmosis filter changes and repairs, along with water softener installations and repair. Their pricing is very reasonable. Thank you Ameriflow Water for helping me with my home water needs. I now have soft water, and awesome drinking water.
