  • In terms of selection and customer service, this is most likely the worst nordstrom location I have ever been to. I would give no stars if I could, but this location gets a freebie on the fact that I like the nordstrom company as a whole and other locations are excellent. I actually have to make a special trip to go to the scottsdale location if I need something from nordstrom because the chandler one is so bad. If you are a person of color, ethnic background and want to be treated with respect and like a human being, do not shop at this location.The staff at this location are racist.
