  • I'm giving this restaurant a 3 stars because it really fails my standard expectations of a Vietnamese restaurant. Let's start with pros: - I only ordered to go but the staff was courteous and service was prompt. - the restaurant was clean. Cons: - I ordered "com tam" which is a rice dish. However, when I opened my box after I left the restaurant, I found myself with rice noodles instead of rice. Weird. Don't know if they ran out of rice or something. But a heads up would have been appreciated. - I ordered the spring rolls to go. It says 2 pieces for $5. I opened my box and it was TINY TINY rolls. Like the regular size cut in half. Disappointment.
