  • My first time staying here, i stayed for a week and the customer service was great. Something however was making me and my boyfriend very sick. It was like something in the room or something stuffed the room up. And because we were in the first floor I couldn't sleep comfortably with the door open because there was no screen so i had to crack it open a little bit. They were going to switch my room but it smelled even more worse in the room they were offering. The hotel is right across the street from hard rock so it wasn't a horrible stay. It was very decent.
