  • Holy F. Can I give zero stars?! Or even negative stars?! Came in with my husband based on recommendations - wish I also would have read the Yelp reviews - could've potentially saved us a drive across town.. Anyways. My husbands feet have been killing him - came into the Good Feet store to see what they were all about. They start off by "taking photos" of your feet with janky, old, busted looking plastic folders and pieces of paper. I understand it's not a Drs visit - we aren't getting actual x-rays, but how embarrassing as they literally make "camera shot" noises with their mouth and say how high tech this process is. At least update your plastic pretend cameras. As I'm sitting listening to my husbands experience, I was watching another man and woman have consultations. Both had looks of horror. Everyone is told the same freakkkking thing - same sales pitch. These employees are NOT Drs - they are NOT "foot experts." They are washed up, used car salesman types that push you around with their tricks of acting like they know what they're talking about. JOHN said he would need to touch my husbands feet and began making "gay jokes" saying we had nothing to worry about - and that he is "happily married" to his "OBEASE wife who delivers babies." No reason for gay jokes, I'm not exactly sure why he brought his "obease wife" into the conversation.. We were told that the "3 step package" which is all they recommend - despite what you really may need, is $1,000!! $1,000 for 3 sets of plastic?! HA!! Between the horrible sales pitch and price my husband said he wasn't interested. The salesman JOHN suddenly said the price could go down to $250 for two sets of ones that do not include warranty and will need to be replaced in tops six months. Soo you're telling me that just like that - the price can go from $1,000 to $250.. That's an extremely drastic change once you say you aren't interested if you ask me.. They bully you into applying for their credit line - which we also said we were not interested in.. And in response JOHN starts tossing and packing up everything around us, raising his voice saying "then why are you even here?!" Wow. Maybe because we were looking for a solution. STAY. FAR. AWAY!!
