  • After comparing prices with several other plumbers in the area, Phend really turned out to be one of the most affordable companies to work with. I still have a bit of a sour taste in my mouth from being charged $125 for the angle stops (hence the 4-star rating), but the disconnect/reconnect fees were very much in line with competitors. They were quick to send out technicians and the work was quality. The owner was patient with me (even though I wrote a less-than-flattering review initially) and was very cool about giving me a discount on the reconnect job. I re-tract my previous statement and I would work with Phend in the future.
