  • I felt like I was in a Persian bazaar instead of having dinner. Waitress was just doing her job and was very nice. The 1st 5 minutes in we hear about the gift card deals that they are offering. 5 minutes later we get our wine along with " Do you want to order the gift cards now? - I can put them on your bill!" We didn't even get a chance to look at our menus and we are getting pushed to buy gift cards. It's been at least 5 years since I've been to a Macaroni Grill but you can tell things have changed. They are into the world of upsell big time.
