| - I'm giving this hotel three stars because the whole experience was both good and bad. I'll start with the good. The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were great quality. Everything worked properly and I had no major issues with the staff. I did not eat at the restaurant in the hotel, but it seemed very nice. Overall, it was a great quality hotel, but there were some things about which I have complaints. When we first arrived, we asked to see the suite. It was not a suite. It was simply two adjoining rooms; one with a queen and pull out bed, and one with two fulls. It was also highly priced; especially for a room that was not truly a suite. Second, when we were taking the elevator it seemed to be a little old and sounded a little shaky. Surely enough, the second time we took it, we got stuck on it. Being extremely claustrophobic, I began to almost immediately have a panic attack. We pressed the emergency front desk button, and told them we were stuck. The woman at the front desk seemed uncaring and unamused. She said "we'll send the mechanic," and hung up. I am fairly sure this is not how one is supposed to deal with people stuck in an elevator, most people do start to panic after some time. After repeatedly pressing the open door button, it finally opened just as the "mechanic" was walking down the hall to the elevator. We explained what happened as I cooled down from panicking, and he promised to give us one of our rooms free. We did, which made up for it, but if I had to relive this stay, I would definitely take the stairs.
