I have been banking with this credit union for years so the recent technological failures are beyond disappointing. With the onset of chip cards and a new online banking, the poor attention to detail is astounding! Currently I am locked out of everything despite accurate passwords and even a visit to the branch today. On top of that they have the nerves to be understaffed! I'm disgusted and seriously considering taking my money out of there altogether and go where the technology keeps up with today's demands and where they staff according to the anticipated needs of the customers during a major transition/overhaul.
