  • Go see Joe at Get Around Mobility! You won't be disappointed! I was dreading going to Las Vegas until a friend suggested I rent a scooter. I have severe knee problems(need a knee replacement) which prevents me from standing very long or walking very far. How do you go to Las Vegas and not be able to walk around? My husband, Kent, got busy researching scooters and found the Get Around Mobility's ad. It had the best ad so he called Joe at Get Around Mobility. Joe returned his call promptly and my husband liked him immediately. To say they hit it off is an understatement! We reserved a scooter and Joe followed up just before we left to confirm our reservation. He called again the morning we were to pick it up to make sure we could find his office and answer any questions. We were a little late picking it up that morning and Joe followed up to make sure we weren't lost. We were!!! Joe is the friendliest and most likable person. He and my husband were talking and joking around like they had known each other forever. He explained everything, helped my husband put the rack on our car and showed me how everything worked. We rented the scooter for two days and at end of the first day, Joe called to make sure everything was ok. He also communicated with us before we returned the scooter. He was out on a delivery so he contacted us to let us know he might be a little late. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You won't be disappointed it you call and rent from Get Around Mobility! Joe is the best! He is personable and will make sure you are happy. Give him a call!!! We will if I need it again when visiting Las Vegas!
