  • THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS! Don't do business with this company! We rented from them for 4 years and they charged a co-pay every time we asked for a repair, so we lived with broken items, then they overcharged us to fix these when we moved out. The place was not painted before we moved in, yet they charged us $600 to paint when we moved. Repainting after 4 years is a cost of doing business due to normal wear and tear. We paid professional cleaners, yet we were still charged for cleaning. Luckily, we took pictures and saved receipts, so we will be taking them to court. BE CAREFUL, PROTECT YOURSELF AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ONE STOP REALTY!
