  • This is by far the best Thai food I've ever had! We arrived at 5:30pm at the time of opening and there was already a line forming. Do not take that as an exaggeration. If you want your taste of Lotus of Siam, get there early and throw elbows because this is a must-try! Among the two of us ladies, we ordered the garlic prawns, crispy duck with drunken noodles, and thum ka noon. This is excessive eating for two but we were on a mission to try as much as we can until our next Vegas trip. The garlic prawns were huge with the shells loosely hanging on its meat. The flavors were blatant and the meat texture was done with the right crisp. For $25, there were eight pieces to share. The crispy duck was deboned and casually sitting on top of a pile of juicy and sticky bed of drunken noodles. There is an assortment of green and red peppers in the pile hence making it a very exotic dish. The thum ka noon is ground pork with shredded Jackfruit. It was a very flavorful dish that would be a good complement with rice but we ran out of room for the carbs. Service and food delivis exceptionally good and quick. We sat down at 5:35pm and were on our way in exactly an hour.
