Just tried Prime Provisions for the first time. Food was very fresh, high quality, friendly service, nice atmosphere, and delicious. My husband had the Southwest chicken salad and I had a gluten free bacon and caprese sandwich. The salad was very good and the chicken was moist and flavorful. The bacon caprese sandwich was so good. It had a mini caprese salad on the side that was beautifully presented and delicious also. The balsamic vinegar was the best I have ever had. I wondered if it was the balsamic vinegar they sell from local vendors at the window case too. The sandwich had fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, pesto, and yummy bacon. The gluten free bread was actually very flavorful. If you eat gluten free, you know how dry and disappointing GF bread can be. The lemonade was good but tastes slightly different because they use agave nectar to sweeten. We definitely will go again to try more of their menu options. If you are going to spend money eating out, I wanted to spend it on companies that use AZ vendors and local produce for their foods. A win-win situation!
