  • When a real estate market is strong, it can be hard to distinguish between realtors that are good at their job and those benefiting from the current housing climate. Bryce and Stefanie are VERY good at their job. My home was on market for 200+ days before I started working with them. My expectations were thru the roof, I need this house sold in 60 days and I need my asking price to have any chance of purchasing in a different city. Furthermore, my home was a tough sell that required a specific buyer to love and utilize its layout. Bryce and Stefanie recognized this and advised me on what I could do to help the property move. 25 days later I had a great offer from a great buyer, who was perfect for the home!
