I must say, i was blown away! I forget our sales person, but was she awesome. She was really short if that helps pin point who we had. Any who, her level of customer service was amazing. I had done so much research prior to going in, and I told her that upfront. So she quickly changed gears to match my expertise and not give me the whole sales pitch. She was super friendly and made sure to go over my plan and purchase info.
I used to manage a VZW store, so I know all the tricks and the trade of the wireless industry.... Wasn't to happy that another associate grabbed a tablet and Fitbit and just dropped it in front of her to "pitch" to me. Glad she didn't because I would of said something.
The environment was way more enticing that any verizon! The staff wore jeans, had TV playing through their partner DirecTV, which was a cool and comforting feeling!
VZW still hasn't figured it out, they spend ton of money on "smart attire" and don't have places for customers to sit. Definitely way behind in the wireless customer experience.
