  • I am very disturbed by Ana's reply to my wife. Ana talks about how we always asked her staff to do more things than were appropriate. The Staff who came the first and second time were excellent. There first deep cleaning was excellent. Then when we decided that we would go to every two weeks, everything went VERY BADLY. The price went up 30+% . OK, No problem. We figured they would take more time. Well, they took less time, and we were puzzled. The last time they came, three girls came and were running through the house like a herd of Bulls. They broke off a shelf. Which I can't fix now. They left three hooks in the shower on the floor and didn't tell us. They left dirty spots all over our kitchen floor. Ana claims they were here 3 hours. NO! They were her 2 hours MAX (somebody is lying , and it is not us!) Then Ana refuses to return again. Claiming we wanted too much from them? Who is going to pay for our broken shelf... Us? Good luck to anyone who tries this service.... Unlike other reviews, they are NOT trustworthy anymore! Maybe once apon a time. But not anymore. Of course, Ana will write an answer to this that will disparage what I am saying. Don't believe her. Her service may have taken on too many jobs, and are rushing now! We are sad, and sorry.
