  • We fell in love with Bar Ape a few years ago when they were coming to David Pecaut square for their Farmer's market! When we found out that they were going to have a store we decided to drive 30 minutes out of our way to go and sample their feature bars or soft serve and we have never been disappointed!! Bar Ape, is our favourite gelato joint! Their flavours are so fresh and innovative! I had their chilli lime bar last night and could really taste the chilli and which brought out the lime taste! My husband had the gooseberry soft- serve based on the owner's recommendation and it was so good! There is always a crowd of people because the guys managing the counter are so friendly and they know their amazing product!! We also love the fact that they have a lot of vegan options!! Bar Ape is the best!!
