  • Not that I've had a whole lot of chocolate chip banana hotcakes in my life, but Pamela's made me wish I had. Holy chocolatey, bananaey, and hotcakey goodness! A quirky brunch place in Pittsburgh, it's filled mostly with locals. I like that. One of my friends took me here and I could see why it was his favorite brunch place in Pittsburgh. Clearly he wasn't alone in this. The service was great. The place had a great dive-type feel, not quite a restaurant, not quite a diner; it was its own entity. I like that too. It's affordable too. Really pleased with this place. I'd definitely go back.
