  • If I could give this location zero stars I would. When my fiancé and I were looking at rings the sales consultant kept pressuring us into choosing a bigger and much more expensive ring than what I had originally picked out. It was very uncomfortable, we kept telling him no that we do not want the bigger ring but he kept trying to change our minds. When he realized he wasn't going to convince us, he then tried pressuring us into getting the matching wedding band which we said no to as well. We finally got to the point where we purchased the engagement ring that I picked out and they said it would take 3 months to get it in and they would call us when it was ready but said it would definitely be there by July 4th. July 4th rolls around and my fiancé calls Kay because we hadn't heard from them, and they said the ring has been done for over a month. They did not call us to inform us. When my fiancé went in to pick up the ring they sat there making jokes etc. The ring is beautiful and fits perfectly but we will not be coming back to this location to buy our wedding bands and I strongly suggest that you do not go to this location!
