I actually responded to your message on Yelp that I had come in on Wednesday night, November 4th, right after your Happy Hour had ended. I appreciate you retraining the staff on how customer disappointment should be handled, and clearly you found our order and waitress that had helped! I had expressed to her the fries were raw, and still think it's strange that she did not offer anything after the fact.
I do apologize if I said the food took 40-when it had taken 30 minutes.I still think that's a long time for raw fries and an overcooked burger when there was maybe 4 other people in your large establishment. And to address your last point-The broccoli soup was extremely grainy, but the caprese salad was tasty.Fresh mozzarella, tomato slices and spinach.
As a reviewer, the only thing I can do is be honest about my experience. Although it is not reflective of everyone's experience, that is how I tasted and was treated that evening.
