I spend most of my days making sure that the people working for me provide an excellent customer experience every day. So when someone acts like my problem is insignificant, I want to scream! My refrigerator is dead. Service guys said it needs to be replaced - at 10am.... now it's after 4pm and they have not relayed the concern to the property manager, therefore, the homeowner is not aware that i have no refrigerator. Does Desert Realty care? Sure doesn't seem like it. Very abrupt on the phone with an "oh well, sucks to be you" attitude. Could they call the service company? No. Never a please or thank you when you call for help. I wonder if the owner of my house knows.
Living out of a cooler for the weekend is sooooo not fun.
