  • Aqua Science has been wonderful! I had an emergency flood caused by a water filtration line breakage and softener failure--after 17 years of great performance while located in my hot AZ garage. This event required that I turn off the main water valve. I called Aqua Science Saturday midday and they came out Saturday evening and installed a new softener for me! It is a complicated configuration, as I knew, and required extra work. In my distress, I failed to get the proper authorization from my home warranty insurance company, and Aqua Science called them in my behalf and got it approved after the fact. Several employees were involved in making all this happen, and they were all so kind and professional. I am sooo very grateful to them! My previous water softener and RO system were installed by Puretec, their predecessor, in 1997/1998 and I have had no problems over all those years.
