  • Very bad customer service, communication with customers, and quality control. All in all it took them 2 months to replace our old roof, and the entire process was riddled with miscommunication, delays, and part of the roof having to be redone due to a mismatched color being installed. All said and done the work they did seems to be good, but the whole process was one long, drawn out headache. I do not recommend working with these guys.
