Worst worst customer service. This is for greyhound company period. I contact them about a refund, which the ticket I purchased was an e ticket. Wasn't aware that was what I had purchased. My dad does not have access to a smart phone so he was able to pull up the ticket. How is someone going to pull up a e ticket without a smart phone? Why can they not print out his ticket for him there? So he couldn't board. I contact customer service to get a refund or how I can get a refund because of him not having a smart phone and Can not pull his e ticket up. So I was advise by the SUPERVISOR that I purchase another ticket and call refund department give them my confirmation number for the first ticket I had purchase and they will refund. NOPE not at all, it didn't happen. Wasn't able to get a refund at all. These people are ridiculous, very bad service let me tell you!! Never again will I travel nor have any of my family travel with greyhound. Worst experience ever. They need to be closed down. They also said there was no records of me speaking with a supervisor. Hmmm let me see, they are liars unless they pretend they were a supervisor. That can be it. NO MORE GREYHOUND. HOPE YOU GUYS CLOSE DOWN ...... no stars at all for you, just had to put one because it won't let me post without stars hahhahah kidding me THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS
