  • This is my review , for the service dept. I had an 11:00 am appt and arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by one of the mechanics ASAP , I told them that I was there to see Ed , as he was the man who made the appt & he said to ask for him when I arrived . As I walked to the service desk ed greeted me by name , even though I hadn't yet told him ( maybe he looked up my license no#?) but either way I was impressed !! He asked what I was in for , and I told him just routine maintence , he then checked my mileage , & proceeded with paperwork , I originally was quoted about 380$ on my last visit , for JUST this routine visit , but Ed said that it should be only about 180$ , ( phew!!) , also being that I am a Kia loyalty member , he told me I would get a discount , on top !! ( amen !!) , he asked if I would like to wait , or they do have a courtesy van , to take take me somewhere , being that it would be about an hour and a half , I said I would wait , he than directed me to the waiting area , which has a nice size tv & an assortment of magazines , after about an hour and 15 mins ed , personally came out , and said my car was fine , but that I needed new belts , ( which I knew from previous visit and also from the place where , I get my oil changed) I asked for a quote , and it seemed reasonable , so I had them done as well , 30 mins later my car was out and washed !!! Altogether , 360$ which was still under what I expected to pay just for the maintenance , but 3 new belts and a washed car , I was very pleased !! All done in a little under two hours !! Ed did explain , something's to keep an eye out for , but there was no pressure or warnings to buy anything else !! Altogether it was as enjoyable experience as getting your car serviced can be lol !! My only complaint is that the interior or car was in a little disarray , from how I left it , but I'm one of those rare people that keep a car , for years !! So as long as my warranty is up to date , and genuine factory service and parts , I definetly will be back!! But maybe next time take them up on the offer to use the courtesy shuttle to the mall or somewhere close by .
