  • This week we visited many times, though not by choice. Daughter's retainer was bothering her, so we scheduled her in to take a look and possibly adjust it. After adjusting, it was bothering her more than usual, so we went back. They were very good about getting us back in the same day just a few hours later. She was fine, however that night one of the wires popped out. We weren't able to get through on the emergency number, so we had to cut the wire out ourselves, unfortunately. When I phoned the next day, we set up the appointment to get my daughter re-fitted for another retainer. They had no idea what happened (sometimes things just pop, I get that). They were SO very apologetic and great about everything! They took care of it all with no trouble, and even gave us a little goodie bag for all of our back and forth and the extra mouth pain my daughter endured. I absolutely love this place. The service is impeccable, and they take great care of their patients. I would recommend them to anyone who needs orthodontic care.
