  • They will fix your broken zipper jacket on the spot! I called first and spoke to someone named "Coco" who said she could help me when I came in that afternoon, but the place was packed with people and I couldn't get to her, so I dealt with a very nice black lady instead (an intern?) who fixed my $1000 burberry jacket! Coco 'reviewed' what the intern did and confirmed that the job was well done. All I needed was a 'stopper' for my jacket and the cost of this 'stopper' and for them to put it on my jacket ... $5! Yes ... $5.00!!!! That's it! I'm going to be frequenting this establishment A LOT from now on! :)
