  • My 16 year old daughter went in here by herself. She just got a job and a paycheck and wanted to treat herself to a hair color. Took a picture of what she wanted. When the owner was done, it looked nothing like the picture plus she charged my 16 year old $275! My daughter hated the hair color and the style. When she came home, she was devastated and crying so hard she could not be understood. Once calmed down, she said she hated her hair and wanted to go somewhere to get it fixed, but she had no money left. I called the owner and she said she will fix it, that the price is the price. We went to the salon and she was still not refunding any amount at all. Las Vegas cosmetology board was shocked they did that to a minor and suggested a civil law suit. She even post that the procedure my daughter got was $190 on the website.Also there was a groupon for $90 for the same procedure. She never mentioned that to my 16 year old. Owner refuses to ever refund any amount back. Don't let your kids go here alone. Don't complain to the owner, she is all about the money, not service. My law suit will be started this week.
