| - Unfortunately my flight was cancelled during my layover and I had to book a hotel last-minute for the night. This place is great!
The front desk staff were really friendly and professional. Very quick with checking me in and offered up great suggestions for a delivery place for dinner.
The rooms are really modernized and chic. Love seeing their white duvet instead of the ratty comforters that most airport hotels have. Colors in the room are soothing (white, blue, cream, brown) and I actually feel like I'm on vacation rather than an annoying situation of the cancelled flight.
They offer free airport transportation which is fast and friendly. The driver was a sweet older man who was very pleasant. There is also a free breakfast which begins at 6am.
The lobby is laid out nicely with complimentary tea and coffee, along with a small store to buy snacks and beverages.
So just now when writing my review, someone from the front desk called me to to ask about 'the satisfaction of my room'. This never happens even at the Ritz or Four Seasons! I'm very very impressed.
Update: So I just woke up feeling completely relaxed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I wish I could have slept in. I got to the lobby at 5:45am to catch the 6am shuttle. Low and behold, breakfast was already out! Eggs, bacon, oatmeal, fresh raspberrys (and other fruit of course) was nicely displayed. The best part? The breakfast attendant who welcomed me with a friendly good morning and when I was through, thanked me for staying with them. :)
