| - After the Social Media department contacted me, they are saying that the sofa has uneven wear and tear. The calls began when the sofa was only 5 months old...yep, 5 months old, they almost seem to act as though they are helping me by "rushing" more useless cushions. They also said that they show the chaise cushions have been replaced 1 time, yet I have 3 sets of chaise cushions in the garage already!!! something told me to save them, glad I did. However the tech claimed it is uneven wear and tear, but yet the sofa gets EQUAL wear on EVERY other cushion with NO issues, only on the chaise. How could he know that without ever asking me how often it gets used, or who uses it, nothing. He did not even sit in the sofa to feel it!!! BUYER BEWARE...VERY AWARE, I have a feeling that because I am a heavy person that they are going to claim uneven wear and tear, making me FEEL like how else would they have come to that assumption? without ever asking any questions? how can a 5 month old sofa have that many cushion replacements and nobody gives a crap on customer satisfaction or customer retention or happiness? Now I really feel like that is the reason why they are claiming that, it is so hurtful in todays age that something like this still happens. Maybe my next call will be to the news (maybe I know someone that works for the news) I honestly feel like this is the only reason that anyone can say uneven wear and tear without asking any further questions...so unacceptable and disgraceful.
